Once a year we say we are thankful.
Once a year….why just once? Cause we really aren’t but if we don’t say it we’ll feel bad? Cause we don’t really think about it till we have to? Cause we don’t want to say we really are until everyone else is saying it and so they wont know the difference between your comment and others? Because we can hide all of our emotion for someone behind a simple “I’m thankful for you;” but if we say it more than once the feelings might start to bleed through?

Only because I got too hopeful and I didn’t put reality into consideration till it hit me flat in the face….or the way I interpreted it….so yeah.
